This page is the canonical record of who operates OpsKarma. It serves as the imprint required under German TMG §5 and the Austrian E-Commerce Act §5, and as the operator-disclosure required under the Indian IT Rules 2021 and equivalent laws.

Operator

OpsKarma — a sole proprietorship of Swaraj Dhondge, operated from Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

We are a small independent operator. There is no company entity behind OpsKarma at this time; it is a free service run by an individual proprietor.

Postal address

A postal address is provided on request to authorities and to parties with a legitimate legal need (e.g., service of process, regulatory enquiries, copyright notices). Please email legal@opskarma.com to request it.

  • Operating form: sole proprietorship under Indian law.
  • Proprietor: Swaraj Dhondge.
  • Company registration: none at this time. We will update this page if we incorporate.
  • VAT / GST registration: none (turnover below the Indian GST registration threshold).
  • Regulatory authorisations: none required for the Service we provide.

EU / UK representation

We do not currently maintain a paid GDPR Article 27 representative in the EU or UK. EEA, UK, and Swiss residents may exercise their rights by emailing privacy@opskarma.com; we respond within 7 days. We will appoint a representative if our processing of EU/UK residents' data ceases to fit within the limited-processing exemption in GDPR Art. 27(2).

DSA single point of contact

For EU regulatory authorities and EU users, our single point of contact under EU Digital Services Act Articles 11 and 12 is legal@opskarma.com. Communication can be in English.
